This is utter nonsense. It is not against the law to sell below the competition as long as you don't sell below marginal cost. 'nuff said. I'd be glad to bet money that the above scenario will never happen.

Pravin, I see the usual nitwits are getting on your case. Of course predatory cross subsidization is just what the DOJ is looking for...too bad it is history now since Intel will not be able to subsidize the low end with monopoly high end CPUs....but AMD will. Now watch Cleopatra and the other nitwits try to get AMD aggravated by the DOJ for cross subsidization.
What Intel will do now is buy all areas of the market by lowering all prices at every level they can to destroy AMD. That $ 10 billion will last for a year or two, less if they keep buying shares in the open market.
