We now know that the street approves this merger.But there are obvious advantages. 1)The engineering expertise is very similar in both areas.And it is already in place. 2) The semi capital-equipment area is expected to grow very rapidly for the next year or so. 3) The merged company will have larger capitalization 4) The same sales force can service both product lines very easily. As PHTN grows to a larger capitalization it could also become an acquisition target. If someone could outline the negatives I would like to hear them.I have no idea what the annual sales of CRT are, but PHTN did say it would be accretive to earnings this year. Jerome
