Good evening, Merlin. Nobody has posted the complete Cisco earnings report on G&K yet, so here is the link:

cisco.com

The only company I know capable of having a report of this nature is Microsoft. A few more years of this and Cisco may be a contender for Market Cap King. It's possible that csco may lead the techs upward tomorrow, but I won't worry too much if the market holds it back until September.

LOL! UpNorth? How about UpSouth?

Mike, thanks for the kind words and humor. Things are looking up this evening. Even Q managed to do OK today.

Without expounding too much, the benefit of Gorilla investing is being driven home to me over the last few months. I am not a pure gorilla investor, but I have been weened from trying to time a stock, buy on rumor, yadyadyada. I have also learned that holding on to a falling stock when you think you know that the reason it is falling is because of some fundamental change (ATHM) or because management is misguiding (CPQ), don't wait for enlightenment. Just bail out. There are plenty of less risky investments to make in gorillas. You will sleep better.
