The recent run-up in the price was due to rumors about an immenent aquisition of Neff in the $20 to $24 range, possibly by Deere & Co. The latest I am hearing is that it is not Deere & Co and may be a company whose pockets are not as "deep" as Deere & Co. If that's the case, then the aquisition price may be well below the $20.

I think that, eventually, it will go up again... I know (sort of) the management involved. Watch MTZ also which are, basically, same management, same philosophy....
