quick candid comment...

The openness was refreshing...like pulling back the curtain in OZ...

The technical side about improving margins and cleaning up ...great...

But the massive discontinuations with no new ideas and the reference to the power products beginning to middle of next decade...scarry...

3 things worried me...

yes Surrey was a drag...but they were integral to food inspection and IMIG-MRI...no new idea /just cut...

And Frigc...
same thing...no new idea...just cut...

That's a big gap until the middle of next decade...

But at least a fresh start and a more no nonsense approach...

just didn't see any product solutions...
maybe later.

My opinion is that FRIGC will be the next to fall. The MRI magnets and wire are commodity products. There will be no exciting growth in these areas. Investors have been waiting around on products like FRIGC and IMiG to provide the growth and now we see it won't happen. They might do something with superconductivity products for the electric power industry 5 or 10 years down the road. This stock is headed for the dust bin for the foreseeable future. Just my opinion.
