JimC,

Many thanks from this EDIG investor as well.
Our future, both in and out of the music realm,
looks very bright.

Cheers.

<My personal feeling is that an annoucement will be made in the next two weeks.>

So JimC1997, do you think the announcement will be made before or after the warrants exercised into 10,629,042 shares of common stock?

Walter, the labels and artists determine the particular codec. As I said, we
are independent of a particular codec. There are some good ones now and beter
ones coming.
This will contnue to evolve and change over time.

Thank you for your quick response. I had the impression that the San Diego
group was the only group that was included in the Madision Project (test). Is
that not true? If there are or will be other test groups are they or will they
use a different codec?

How did your group decide to chose EPAC for the San Diego test group instead of
the other codecs?

Thank you,

Walter Morton

Walter, your note inquiring about the Madison compression format got
forwarded
to me. My group invented and runs the Madison system. We specifically
built
the system to be codec (encoder/decoder) independent. We have an
application
interface to snap in codecs. The system currently works with, for music,
AC3,
MP3, AAC, EPAC and several other unannounced codecs. We are using EPAC for
our
trial group in San Diego.

Hello Rick,

Reports out of the IMX (Interactive Music Expo) is that the Madison Project
is
only using the EPAC. Is that true? If yes, what criteria did IBM use to
select
EPAC over the other formats?

Thank you,

Walter Morton
