Business Plan:

Eliminate all issued and not outstanding shares, severely restricting any financial flexibility the company may require to finance future growth, and further eroding the possibility of independent bank financing due to the restricted capital flexibility to meet interest and principle payments.

Eliminate all stock options, and tie the officers compensation with something that will more directly benefit shareholders, such as the weather in Florida.

Effect a reverse split, which would serve no purpose as the company is not planning issuing additional shares, and does not meet the net assets / net worth criteria to get a exchange listing.

Look forward to your presentation at the Shareholders Meeting.

Some time ago, I addressed this issue with JJ and he told me that he would be responding "soon" or "tomorrow" or some such near-term time frame.

I am as baffled as you are by the non-response.
