Jeff: I found a post with the info. For *CTKT* Low float at 1.2 MM and the outstanding issue is just 15 million as of Jan 99' .... There is a rumor on RB. of some news and a addition to there company ie. buyout.... should have news out late this week.. is what was stated. I looked for the reg. "D" info yet it was not from April of 99' so if there was one it must be in the Jan 99' number I found for the O/S and float on Jan 99' Hope you can add the info to your up date.. Regards, Jim...
