Selling OzPhone doesn't sound that great.

Respectfully, Mqurice, I disagree. Here's from the press release.

Leap had planned to offer a flat rate, unlimited use service in Australia. However, certain market and regulatory issues in Australia caused Leap to conclude that it could achieve greater shareholder return by this sale of its licenses than it could in years of operation.

I'm curious just what those market and regulatory issues are and frankly, I'm happy to have a management that recognizes when it's time to fish and when it's time to cut bait. Notice management said YEARS of operation. Better to bail out now than to catch hagfish. : )

In the meantime they have a tidy profit on a relatively short investment and there are heaps of opportunities elsewhere. I just hope the same brains that cut bait will know where to go fishing next.
