No it wasn't an upgrade. Still good news, though.

PaineWebber (John Lazlo) upped his price target from 80 to 95, and kept his rating at 'buy'.

He has been above consensus at $0.58 for the current quarter, and now thinks that the rest of the Street will come up to his number. He thinks that Pentium III sales reflect stronger acceptance than other analysts are currently discounting. He's got 3Q revenue at $7.2 b vs consensus of $7.0 b.

PaineWebber is the firm that put out the new price target of $ 95.
IMHO, we could see $90-95 by October end, once the August selloff fades!
