Tuvok was cool. He was a pure Vulcan - none of the annoying inner conflicts that made Spock such a weird cat.
But Janeway is a hopeless case imo. Jeeeze, she wants to housebreak every bad-ass species they encounter! Bottle-feeding a member of species 8472 just was the last straw. CGB is a Hun by comparison.
