Hi Tim, Been in and out of KNT. Currently out. This is a good entry, but do you care to elaborate on the do not sell? I know you smell takeover at a good premium. You must feel it is soon? I feel no such urgency to buy, market conditions main reason, curious about your reason..... -Jeff
