Joseph ... it is very difficult to 'see' in a different light ... when one is in the red ... too difficult to be unbiased.

Much easier for one to 'see' when not in a stock. No bias no worry no expectations no fear ...

One who buys ... just to make money ... cause it was going up ... and expects to make a killing ... is a trader.

One who buys a company based on the fundamentals and growth, should sit pat ... until or unless the fundamentals change. ... then take a loss and move on.

Longer term this would be an excellent investment. IMO That is why I would like a 'long term' position.

Market direction will now lead this ... either up or down ... but long term it will win

One good lesson ... not to buy a 'full' position at first entry for a position trade (if one does not use stop losses)...that way ...averaging in at a better price will pay off handsomely once the trend starts back up

My mutual funds ... which I add to on a monthly basis .. have proved this to me.

Joseph, you pretty much voiced my feelings. It is really very consoling to read James Dines issue yesterday. He sounds more positive than ever before.

Thanks

"Eerie repeat of August 1998" is the headlines in his latest issue.

Two moments ago, on CNBC, Hogan's market view named 3 top stock picks:

AOL
NITE
and I can't recall the third (I was too taken aback by the NITE reference).

Hogan's view (whoever he is) is that buyers should step up to the plate before the 8/24 Fed meeting.

Joseph,

This is volatile stock, with good fundamentals so far.
No debt, positive earning at low multiple. Reuter's article seems to spook investors. However we will no the real fact when next earnings comes out. In the mean time I see NITE as market maker on my level II screen that is flashing earnings.
