Vol. isn't so low Roger

I'm showing 28,600 at 9:20 PST, last at .875.

I don't really know what's going on. I'm pretty sure there are some very interesting things going on with the Toledo Beach site, but when we'll hear about them, I don't know. We've discussed the hearing on Friday, and some of the possibilities related to that. My sense is that the current activity may be related to the company's increasing exposure to a large number of potential new investors, and it could be that the supply of cheap shares has dried up. I'm getting a sense that there's something else brewing in the near future, which hasn't been discussed at all; but it's just a sense. The current shareholders largely seem to have a 'show-me' attitude right now, so I'm imagining that the buying now is from people who know something about what's coming, or insiders, or new investors.
..........

Kidl, tell me something - what did you mean in your last post regarding how individual Sungold shareholders might be compensated for their anxiety medications, losses, opportunity costs, etc? Are you possibly hinting that there might be a cause for a sort of class action by Sungold shareholders against the GLB members? If you are, I believe you're onto something that we should discuss.
