Thanks Tom,

Passion is only as good as the action it inspires. The world will always exist. It is the humans I am worried about.

Good trading and wise investing.

Bill

Also from the 10-Q, an Earthlink agreement . . .

<<<On July 21, 1999, USABanc.com entered into a two year agreement with Earthlink (NASDAQ-"ELNK") under which Earthlink customers will have direct access to a co-branded USABanc.com site providing both online banking and brokerage services. USABanc.com will also serve as the default online banking selection for customers who use Earthlink's "personal start" page customized option. Under terms of the agreement, Earthlink has been granted warrants to purchase up to 120,000 shares of USABanc.com common stock, or approximately 3.0% of the current outstanding shares, and will be paid certain variable fees which will be based upon the number of accounts opened during the duration of the contract. The strike price of the warrants is $12.00 per share. In connection with opening a USABanc.com bank account, new and existing Earthlink customers will be able to participate in an incentive program which will provide them one year of free ISP dial-up service. Earthlink is one of the world's leading Internet service providers, with over 1.3 million subscribers.>>>
