Brian,

Gary, First, I knew the whole story.
Does that mean when I get data that hasn't been posted on the thread I should check with you first? I don't understand

Second, you clearly referenced the 5ess in your inaccurate comment.

Interesting. I went back and read my post and I did nothing of the sort. If you read it that way you might have asked for clarification. I knew it was the ASND frame relay network. Furthermore my statement was completely accurate based upon information available at the time.

Third, you are the one initiating
throwing barbs at comments that reflect a lack of dd.

Really, I believe my dd is pretty good. It is true that in the interest of posting new information early that at times my sources are innaccurate but I do post that data without spin. I understand that my early post was irritating to some however the post your are eluding to had only 2 intended targets - neither of them were you.

An additional comment on the T situation..the network went down because of a redundancy flaw (i bleieve). In the LU case, the issue
started during an upgrade to the newest release and the cause of the issue is still being determined.

Yes, I know. Very reminicent of the CSCO failure. I should point out that the failure at T was a STRM product failure. No one at CSCO blamed STRM. ASND is now a LU company so when an ASND product fails it is a LU issue. Just thought I'd add that ;)
