I didn't see anywhere in the BBBS report any comment regarding your assertion of MRBA having a significant advantage over BWEB on technology. What I saw was a risk that MRBA could improve their technology and hence, become a stronger competitor to BWEB. First of all, BWEB isn't sitting still with their product line; their technology will progress, as well -- just look at their investment in R&D. Second, BWEB has polite which is a monumental advantage and it is protected by a patent. IMO, what the analyst was saying is "What could go wrong?", not that MRBA was now in a position to make a real run at BWEB. I agree with the analyst that the competitive landscape could change, it always does; this is just standard language. Besides, MRBA is spending too much attention and money with their lawyers over the NVDM legal action.
