Consider the Babbitt/Rubin technique. These two poor excuses for men well understood the deeply entrenched ignorance and apathy in this country regarding such trite ideals as (dare I say it?) honour. They also knew they would go no further in their careers. So when placed in positions of public trust they did the only logical thing. They screwed the public. When they were virtually caught in the act they then screwed the public's legal system just as did their Commander-in-Chief (The same Commander-in-Chief who, with his thieving minion, was recently honoured by the ABA). The result? You and I must now pay retribution. (LOL -too much.) Most Americans have no idea what is happening to them and they are too apathetic to find out.
