I wonder that as well. I asked about whether an "offshore" account would make any difference and they said it still requires normal settlement. Perhaps I didn't know how to phrase the question properly. ??

Damn canadians! Should never have let them start their own state. Look at the amount of trouble they cause. And they dont even pay anything to the IRS! Now there is a crime if I ever saw one.

at worst you should be able to short Friday, definately Monday
