Morgan and Herschel, The following is my plan, I really appreciate your input.

I have been covering margin call requirements with cash since April, i am almost tired of this and sincerely acknowledge my mistake. Sell all my NITe stocks at a reasonable price(This is again relative) and start accumulating CASH position. I will keep on accumulating NITE as cash becomes available to me. All I am trying to achieve here is a good night sleep and wise unemotional long term accumulation. I may use margin in the future if mouth watering opportunity comes up, that too may be upto 25%. Learnt a big lesson here not to buy on margin to the fullest extent for a long term position.

I always thought of doing this at the right price(actually mid sixties) but I have to compromise for mid 30's. ***No choice***

What would you do, if you were me?

Regards
murli N Reddy

Morgan,
Thanks for the response. Can you tell me what FWIW and BTY mean?
Thanks,
