Bryan, nearly three weeks ago I warned you about the incoming messages going to the "trash" box first and how non-intuitive that process is for SI customers. Why have you not addressed this issue in any meaningful way? Don't you realize there are probably hundreds, if not thousands of posters struggling with that feature complexity? A variety of way's to improve this are possible. You really need a "focus Group" Bryan. It looks like very few of those talented developers have ever used SI for an extended period of time. Finding incoming posts is a "Key quality Characteristic" of this site! I will go out on a limb and guess that for every one of the customers who find this thread and complain about that feature complexity, twenty others have said nothing, and struggled with figuring it out, or asked friends via PM how it works.
