An ophthalmologist opinion

I have been watching Summit with interest. I bought a fairly large amount at 15
because I think the Autonomous is the best laser available. Their custom cornea
module,I believe, will be the gold standard eventually. I agree that this is a long
term play, because their sales department isn't ramped up yet, and not many MDs
have bought the laser. But eventually, I think the company will do very well, and
may even overtake VISX.
It seems like the stock price started going downhill after the FDA warning letter
on the keratome (the device used to create the flap before the laser is applied)
blades. This is totally irrelevant to the laser. Summit developed a new keratome,
and the FDA was apparently concerned with sterilization protocols for the blades.
This is an easy fix, and will have no bearing on the longterm company outlook.
