HOOV looking a little better for now. TWX and SEEK are investors in the company. 3.25 million offering, so small by IPO standards. Nets look good at the moment.

Hoover's creates and publishes business information,
primarily for distribution via the Internet. The company
covers some 14,000 enterprises worldwide and 50
industries, and provides a wealth of other information
for use by businesspeople. In addition to its own Web
site, Hoover's Online, the company distributes its
information through some 30 partners, including AOL,
Dow Jones, Infoseek, Microsoft, Reuters, The
Washington Post, and Yahoo! Hoover's Online
includes free advertiser-supported and in-depth
subscription information, plus pay-per-view
e-commerce for specialized information. The company
also publishes books and CD-ROMs. Investors include
