The move yesterday was directly a result of the very successful REDH offering. This will be a major win for SDTI. SDTI should become the CMGI of the security business ? A press release changing the name to Security Dynamics Holdings would make the stock price move significantly. They have investments in promising companies and lots of cash. I do not understand the management in this company. THey have been successful with their investments , RSA was the pioneer of the industry ... take a chance! I think we need a CEO with some vision.
