According to Yahoo, FGI still has 10% of its outstanding shares short, that's 20% of the float. At $22 oil these shorts will have no choice but to cover soon. I know many are saying FGI will benefit later in the cycle, but I don't think anyone thinks that they won't benefit. It has a lot of room to run once the shorts capitulate.

Nice strong move into the closing bell. Would look like a gapper tomorrow just eye-balling the price action and share line up. Right after the bell a 15,000 and 70,000 share trades went through at the ask.
