Hi Fla Fred,

My take on that GMKT pr that came out today - Joe Pittera told me Friday that when the "dust settles" by Wednesday the GAAY shareholders would see the REAL short and long term VALUE of the ITHC offer; well, I guess Joe Pittera was referring to the purchase of the 12.5% interest which is exactly only a "use fee" payable to GAAY Triangle Broadcasting for "using the radio broadcast licence" in conjuction with GAAY, who has the exclusive rights to that station broadcasting entity. So in actuality GMKT bought Air time on the radio and bought it with 500,000 dollars to GAAY - no other rights and privledges - just 12.5% air time :) cool we gonna rock sometime, just get that darn avalanche rollin tee hee

So I guess the pr today is showing GMKT does have cash from some source and is now indebted to GAAY to use its broadcast lines, and in addition, perhaps it will want to use GAAYs websites for its 24 hour portal business - ie: more cash to be payable to GAAY for usage of the site not targeted for bingo and auction TV.

Whatever, GAAY still owns the licensing rights AND does so own the rights for years, and people/companies have to pay GAAY to use it. FWIW Jacalynstill the offer is not a controlling interest either - Olsen and everyone at GAAY is the TEAM :)

Dick said hold on to those shares, you re going to be very happy; of course, he did not tell me there was a yellow brick road.

CU Later, Jacalyn :)
