Gary, From what I read here and from what i hear, LU IS taking the hit. There is no reason to fly switches out because it is not the hardware. A software upgrade was apparently botched by the WCOM people and now they need to reboot some switches, which they won't do due to guaranteed service contracts that require notice of shutdowns. Notice the customer comment in the article that says that WCOM is pointing the finger but is at fault. I heard a similar story. I do know that the issue is being addressed around the clock. Brian
