Malcolm, I agree with your thoughts. If you read the whole WSJ article about the Japanese sentiment, it clearly stated that most Japanese are too afraid to leave their money in the market, right now. Even one of our trusted thread leaders, Jay Chen bailed in July when the market got "too high". His actions with 9984 reflected exactly what this article said. Couple this this with U.S. rate fears , the falling dollar and we are in for a bumpy road. Personally, I'm waiting for Jay to make his market re-entry announcement! :-) linda
