OT About calling himself, answering himself and fake head formations. For any of thread Masters who are keepers of pre-pubescent children (and older, since I like the film very much myself): In "Madeline", the children's story about an orphan girl in Paris (there lived 12 little girls in two straight lines, who lived in a house all covered with vines), in the video release of the recent film, there is an animated short that serves as an appetizer to the feature that has an octogenarian something playing chess with himself in the park that is a real corker!! Highly recommended for giggles.

In the film, Mme Clavel, who is the nun who runs the school and teaches the 12 little girls, is played by the same actress who played the featured role in "Fargo", for which she was nominated for (and won?) and Oscar, but I can't remember her name.

Cheers. Steven

Nancy, Both are true. Each creates the other's reality.

Buridan's Ass starved through single-mindedness. [Thanks to mentor jfredQ!]. Stuck between two heaps of hay with no reason to choose one over the other and no free will to make a "choice".

Also, that's not a fake-head formation, but it could be a head-fake formation created by the algorithm wielding superputer market modellers to suck naive TA novices into shorting the internut stocks.

That's my theory anyway!

A couple of random clickings found from a Web search on 'Buridan's Ass'.
