doubt we'll see a LBO at this point. would have made a whole lot of sense when the stock was trading at cash in the bank... besides, they own a nice chunk right now and they are able to use it as currency. i do think they're heading in the right direction with the potential sale/spin-off of the fiber optic components division. it will allow the market to focus on the comparison of the remaining company to the RBAKs and JNPRs of the market....just hope they can strike while the iron's hot! timing has never been one of mrvc management's strong points.... greg
