Impressive, JLA. Impressive indeed. The ABA is most certainly wrong on this issue and has been quite wrongheaded in the past. It is unworthy of members like you. I would imagine several other lawyers are doing the same. Contrary to popular belief there are many lawyers in this country who really do respect our legal system and who will not well countenance its wholesale corruption. But I am afraid their numbers will be relatively few. If so, it will confirm to me that Justice nearly has no pulse in this country.

Fantastic. Now point us to the alternative "principled" association that you will help to found.

Thanks for posting JLA.

it is an insult to all those lawyers who do respect and uphold the traditional notions of fair play and due process in the courts around this nation.

Everyone in your profession has to ask himself, am I an officer of the court, sworn to advance the cause of justice, or am I just a high priced fixer?

Good for you officer.
