look at BVSN...i shorted it due to what looked like a bear flag and had to cover today when it became obvious it was gonna take off...and just in time, i might add. i should have gone long...
anyway, all these stocks represent the new area of excess in the market now that the nutz have been knocked off their perch. JNPR also belongs in that list. they are indicative of the extent to which rationality and regard for fundamentals have fled this market. anyone who thinks this won't end in tears needs his head examined...

I do think that there is more substance to these component companies than to some of the net pipe dreams.

But you know me, I am hoping for weakness in these stocks this fall. My thesis is that they will be the late give ups in a decline.

get a 12-15 month chart on dell, csco, lu, wcom, and see how they did not capitulate and sell off until the end of the mkt downturn in early oct 1998.
