Why? The pimps have been in hibernation for the last two months. Now every single one of them is coming out with STRONG BUY and ridiculous price targets for the internuts.

What do you _think_ is going to happen? That daytraders will learn to think for themselves?

I don't blame you. The iix rebounded nicely from its 11am low, but faltered a little in the last hour of trading. The dot followed a similar pattern, but finished even more tentatively. You can't ignore the Naz finishing up 3% on solid volume and closing at its high.

All in all, the inets are saying they want to go higher, but nagging uncertainties provide reasons for pause. I would expect another test of recent lows, but with each test, support becomes firmer.

In my mind, the scale tipped toward the bulls today. The rewards for averaging into the inets at these levels outweighs the risks.

What's your take?
