How silly of X not to realize you are trying to help her understand that dislike is really like. When she grasps that concept, she will see that disliking you really means she likes you. Then she will lose a grounding in reality and be much happier. Even if she is around people she dislikes. And, hey, I was at a fundraiser last night. A fairly uptown meeting and right in the middle of it a guy dropped down and started laving this woman's ankle and headed on up the hills. At first a few folks objected but they were convinced they were being puritans. Then it became an orgy. Now since many were married, and not frolicking with their partners, and some of faiths that consider that not okay, they worried. But they were convinced that as long as they "didn't call tomorrow", the other person wasn't real so it wasn't really messing around. They were happier.
