RG: I just looked the close was .718 and last bid .46 x .50 Dam if this opens at .46 that's a 1/4 under the close. What to hell is going on with this stock? Someone shorting the hell out of it or what? Heck it's only water, not a high teck firm you know... I'm lost on this one... Call certs, hmmm good idea yet what's that going to do now the damage seems to be done, or could be at open IMO.. I thought the crash from 3.25 to 1.25 was bad on it's own yet now hmmm.
