On Woodward Ave. He happens to be an expert on matters like this, and is already up to speed on the details of Monsieur L'Eglise and friends. I imagine he could help us out here, or refer us to someone he can work with. The company might be willing to share research. I've only some ideas about legal precedents in cases like this, but surely those are for a judge to decide. It's us shareholders who have suffered most as a consequence of the band's decision to reneg on Sungold in favour of a more lucrative deal for themselves. I'm thinking that if we decide to proceed with a suit, that we will have the advantage of being able to pile-on at the end of the current proceedings. Perhaps we'll be able to utilize some of the brown matter that will be uncovered during the depositions.

I'm very interested in hearing shareholders' opinions and ideas on this topic.
