Frank. Nah. It's never too early to teach the kids to say the right words. I teach my grand kids. Of course I taught my kids first. gg.

Eclipse. Who knows. gg.

Greenspan. It was just a rumor. I am sure some did not like the market going up that strongly. Options have another week to go.

SI. I can't be of any help here. I have not checked into it. All I know is that a lot of posters on these threads don't like it. It's a new format they are sticking us with and it's supposed to look like reg. chat places. The jury is not quite in yet but it looks bleak for the old SI. Try those links Ann posted today and let me know how it went. I have to get my nerve up to try it even though I generally subscribe to the theory of "Nothing ventured, nothing gained". I just can't see what we could gain. But we may have to check it out just to make sure that we don't get stranded on an old SI that is not in service any more. gg.

Oh my. Don't even mention a new heat wave. It was actually pleasant here in the mornings and after late afternoon. You could actually open up the windows in the morning without getting a heat stroke.

Yes, those techs did great today. Looking forward to another good day tomorrow. At least the futures are up. I guess you heard of Lehman sticking to its price target of 200 for AOL? And M. Meeker having good things to say about AOL? Now if we just can keep this new Tom Kurlack guy quiet unless he has something good to say. He said plenty in the last cpl of weeks in the other direction. Like being less optimistic because of the business model changing for AOL or something like that. (Mer's Henry Blodget) He is only 33 (sorry young kids out there gg) so I weed through all the business models myself before I throw in the towel on some wishy washy talk.

Here are a cpl of links:

Good ole CNBC. They could not say too much about AOL today so all they could come up with at the end of the day is "I guess we will have to see". New format on one of their segments. I never hear them say things like this about Msft, the MSNBC ally. Maybe they do, I just never hear it. When Msft warns about future earnings they always say: Oh, they always say that but always come in better. DUH. When Intel says it, major disaster. DUH. And let AOL say something about earnings. Wham.
