Really what should be done if you see any indication of manipulation is raise a written complaint.
First step is to phone someone at the ALberta Stock Exchange and just tell them your concern and what you think is happening. If a house or one of its representatives is suspect--tell them.

Alberta regulators would have to respond. The fella that owned the Calgary Stampeders was manipulating--he got caught and the regulators took him to task.

I would just use the phone tell them what you see and post the results.

I am curious as to the results--note I also fear Angoss is controlled--but I think that there is just too many shares in too few hands.

Lets get an answer this company has too much underlying potential to be the Dog that it is.
