I take this to mean that as of the end of this quarter, 2nd qtr fiscal 2000 ending this month, they will have redefined themselves as a commercial enterprise, rather than a development stage company. I find that to be one large step forward.

Ram, I saw only the same two suits that have been there for two years, both contested.
