However, Rio is the only ace DIMD has, even though they offer S3 a
great opportunity of vertical integration.

IMO S3 is diversifying to get away from the perils of being a
ne-product company. We all know what it did when they missed a cycle.

Therefore, you may be right.

Nonetheless, the suits are bogus.

DIMD shareholders have been assured $9, which they never would have
gotten had DIMD stayed independent. They have nothing but to gain
from an association with S3.

This is shaping up like a deal where one plus one is more than two.
