Wow, what a concept,get the funding before the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed<g>...Can't wait to find out the terms,,would you give this company funding,with the volatility in the stock price.....unless the conversion was tied directly to these fluctuations of the stock price?...DD

Good news Fred!! I think we should all lay off Paul until later next week. They are up to their necks right now trying to finish what we all want. Give them the time to get the job done. There won't be any new information available until then. I had our appointment put off until the first of the week so these things could be done.
