Okay Mr. Syncrude, you say "Stay Management, the deals were structured (as I understand them) for the benefit of shareholders of Crystallex", As you understand it for the benefit of shareholder, why not have KRY the owner of Stay Management and get rid the of the big payments. Donït you think it would be for the shareholder that management is not receiving any payment for Stay? Of course not. I see as a conflicy of interest and you donït. That is your problem. Bye
