Sure:

I don't know about the others, but I was in no way thinking to be subversive of the company. In fact, a shareholder suit could only be additional, and consequent to to the company's litigation. I support the company totally in their proceeding against the band, and I have no thought that any of us could replace the company's work, or do it any better. The point I thought that Kidl was making is that when the company is successful in their litigation with the band, there may be a possibility for individual shareholders, singly, or as a group to launch an action against the band to seek redress for the damage and losses that have been done to us by the band breaking their contract. Our action in fact depends on the company first successfully resolving its action. It is because we strongly feel that the company will be successful that we are willing to think of taking shareholder action. Now may be the time to indicate that some of us are considering taking action.
