Good post. IMHO, the most salient and relevant part of that RB post is the market psychology of daytraders and retail investors who made money in NITE in the early part of this year. Many may have used margin to buy more. With the rather rapid downturn, perhaps many have gotten margin calls. If this is the case, within the next month, many margin accounts will be corrected in one way or the other. This leaves the fundamentals of NITE as a major driving force in the stock price.
I happen to think that the company looks good. I would be comfortable holding onto its stock for a year. Are there reasons for not being positive about the longer-term outlook for the company?
