Are you implying
or
Insiders are involved ?

<<It made you wonder if RMIL would have been halted if they hadn't been so pesky.>>

It didn't make me wonder at all. Riley and Pugs appear to be perps to any reader who takes the time to read the thread. It was a criminal fraud, RMIL lied to the investing public. They connived, schemed and stole from honest people, using thugs and hypesters, here on the Internet.
Riley and Pugs were the hype boys who put RMIL on the map at SI.

The small investor is the prey, Riley and Pugs are certainly not the type of characters who call on the SEC, vice versa yes, at least in my mind. A question Todd, you said
<It made you wonder>
Did it really ?

Interesting times indeed in AZNTworld™. Time for a quick recap, I think.

On Tuesday, with stock price tanking--it went as low as .281 at one point--Kuhns and Pugs begin to hint that something's in the works (emphasis mine throughout):

'9,
do me a favor, put them on 'ignore', its a great feature. They're our 'dogs', they follow us like a pack of hungry dogs. Ya give 'em the thread on AZNT & they stalk us to other threads, ya give'em SI & they stalk us to RB, ya create your own thread & they stalk you there too. Dude, their only importance is what you give them. Take my advice, put'em on 'ignore' & we can talk amongst ourselves. I bought some more today with the low prices. All is cool, enough of the basher crap, use 'ignore' dude!

just droppin' by to say 'hey' ( like Goober ) to my boys '9 + '6..........'6, a draw! LOL....what is with Briggs? If he can hurt Botha , he can hurt anyone, Botha is tough. Why didn't he finish him off? I don't get Briggs....maybe his camp should employ the three stooges strategy....there were 2 actually that turned Curly into the ultimate finisher, the first was playing "Pop goes the Weasel'" on the violin, the second was the infamous 'cheese' strategy! LOL.."Moe, Larry, the Cheese!".... I can't figure out out why Briggs won't finish the job!
Sylver is about to kick some more shortseller a*s himself! LOL

So. What did they know, and when did they know it? How many of the Goons traded, either Tuesday or early Wednesday, on whatever "it" was?

Bright and early Wednesday, Pugs announces a new bunch of "death threats", once again supposedly "signed" by me.

Clearly he wants to bring this information to public notice (was he told to do it?), but at the same time he implores his buddies (with increasing urgency) not to communicate with any of us Evil Bashers. Neither he nor any of his fellows cares to consider the question of the possible author of the threats.

And then there's the curious business of the financials. Late Tuesday, Pugs said he called the company for an "update" and was told: They are trying for the 15th, it may take as long as the 25th, but that's as long as they see it going.

Some concern was expressed about this development, even by company supporters. So on Wednesday, we suddenly have a new "update":

'Hog,
do me a favor, ignore Shell & her desperate shorting buddies, ok? I just talked the fine folks over at AZNT, the auditor will be their monday to sign-off on the 10K. The Q's are being completed . If all goes well it should be filed the 16th, enter the system around the 17th and the 'E' will be dropped by Friday, if all goes well. At least we know the time-table the company is working on. The judge finished his other trial & we hope he remedies the federal case for AZNT. Things are moving along nicely. I have just one request, NO MORE REFFERALS or interaction with Shell & co.., ok?

All very curious, isn't it? What do we think? Will stock price continue to surge on no news?
