Morgan,
Don't feel bad. I did all the DD I knew how to do and NITE looked like the best stock I could find at the time. Heck all the analysts loved it and IBD had it at the top of their list of the best stocks to buy. I had 20k shares avg. at 52. I put stops just below the 200 day EMA (exponential moving avg.) which was at 39. I couldn't believe it when I actually got stopped out. I watched the stock go to what 62-63 where I had a nice profit and then turn around and lose $260k!
I started shorting at 37 because I figured there was negative news out there that we didn't know about yet.
I'm just as disgusted with this co. as you are.
I don't have much experience at shorting but I'm ready to take my $260k out of their backside if they give me the chance. Since NITE rallied today I think tomorrow will be a good opp. to short some more. What do you think? I don't think the market can sustain a rally before the Fed. meets.

I hate playing the dark side and betting against a co. I wonder if Ms. Skywalker got ahold of some bad NITE and lost all their $ which eventually turned her boy into Darth Vader? Maybe that's where NITE came from; Vader shorted NITE and kicked them out of that far away galaxy a long time ago. ;^)

Regards, Lee

I couldn't agree more that the company should have advertised the cancellation of the buyback. All shareholders deserve to have that information in a TIMELY manner. Management of NITE was wrong in not properly informing us.
