While you make an interesting point about the 400K shares in relation to 5.5M shares trading on 7/22, IMHO it is about management credibility in also protecting retail investors. Do many posters on here believe that retail investors are a big part of NITE shareholders? If so, the retail segment may have been more adversely affected by a lack of forthrightness in communicating in a timely manner the cancellation of the buyback. It is not the amount of shares being bought back in relation to the number trading on a specific day, it is management's credibility with shareholders. Morgan is right IMHO.
