Everyone here keeps talking about how wonderful the performance will be, isn't there some benchmark somewhere that has been run that will give some hint of a benefit? I have looked (though not extensively) for benchmarks at Intel's and Rambus's sites. We're very close to a mass introduction of rambus, hasn't someone tested it to see how it will do? There must be links that I haven't seen, can someone point me to them? dan, intel said they will release all testing data at idf, aug 31. unclewest there is a subtle performance message in all the rambus design wins either being formally announced, or found and posted by thread members. don't you agree? think about it. do you see any big announcements for new products using sdram?
