IMO, it's not like the market has suddenly figured out how to value these companies and that's that. Their future earnings are still very tough to pin down, and that doesn't necessarily mean they'll be zilch. Big revenues and profits are out there (here).

We'll see, and one day or one week or month does not settle anything about the future (except for companies that truly go belly-up). I can hardly wait for the bear reaction to the first "Internet" company to file Chapter 11. There will surely be one sometime in the next year or two...? I seriously doubt it will be any of the high profile companies such as eBay, Amazon, Yahoo, etc.
