I believe the IIX is controlled by stocks like CSCO and SUNW. You must
follow the DOT to get a pulse for the net stocks. The major nets failed to
rally with the big Naz move today.<<

Michael I follow both but i like the IIX it's easier to read and smoothed than Dot...It's where most of the leadership is i'd say if the IIX is going lower, and it could and so could the S&P and Dow and others, Dot will too.

On IIX there's another gap down at 220 and it's very possible that it will move back down to fill if this rally is fake and it could especially if Bond yields rise above recent highs what is troubling me with this market right now is Sox has a topping pattern and Ndx violated its lower channel trend line yesterday so i'm thinking this testing will continue until all indexes have corrected and they could all move back to there 200 ma's adventually.
